Carmel Village ‘Budget Busters.’ Competition
Entry into the ‘Budget Busters.’ Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

How to Enter:
Shoppers visit any participating store at Carmel Village and make a purchase of $75 or more at Carmel Village Coles, ALDI or any Carmel Village specialty store. Scan the QR code located at the retail store point of sale or on signage in centre. Complete the details on the entry form. Shoppers will also need to take a photo of their store receipt and upload it to the entry form and submit to enter the draw.
Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 9am Tuesday September 9 to 5pm Tuesday October 7, 2025
Conditions of Entry
- Entry is only open to New South Wales residents.
- This promotion does not apply to Management and staff of Mogul Stud Pty Ltd, Ray White Commercial, Carnel Village or Contractors of the above organisations.
- This promotion does not apply to employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, participating stores at Carmel Village and the agencies associated with this Promotion. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entry and to disqualify any customer who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the Conditions of Entry.
- Entries must include a copy of a receipt for $75 or more from Carmel Village Coles, ALDI or specialty store at Carmel Village dated between 9am Tuesday September 9 to 5pm Tuesday October 7, 2025
- Participants can enter multiple times during the promotional period, provided they have a different receipt for each entry. All entries will be included in all subsequent draws.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any complications associated with internet, networks or telephone lines including bugs/viruses and server problems for whatever reason.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time.
- If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
Details of the Prizes
Ten winners will be drawn at random on the following dates to receive one prize as listed:

Note – All draw times are Australian Eastern Daylight Time. (AEDT)
Prize values are in $AUD and gift card terms apply to the prizes as outlined on the gift card.
Random draws will be conducted online by the promoter.
A total of forty (40) prizes will be awarded. Total prize pool valued $10,000.
The prize winners will be notified by telephone and winners will need to arrange collection of their prize from the Carmel Village Centre Management Office.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn at random online, after 9am Monday October 20, 2025
Customers can enter multiple times and all non-winning entries will be carried forward for each draw.
Winners will be published on Carmel Village Social media pages and website.
Winners are not eligible to win future draws in this promotional period.
Liability
The Promoter and any companies associated with this Promotion accept no responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of any item gained via the Promotion except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Any additional amount or GST incurred by using the Gift Cards is not the responsibility of the promoter.
Entrant Information
By entering this competition, the entrant agrees that the Promoter may, for the period of the promotion including redraw date, unless otherwise advised, use the information for marketing, publicity and research purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning competition winners. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All personal details of entrants will be stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy. All entries remain the property of the Promoter.
